Charisma and charismatic leadership are not the same thing. Charisma is not charismatic leadership.
In fact charisma is only an aspect of personal magnetism. Personal magnetism is not charismatic leadership. It is personal magnetism. It may be more specifically related to "Sex Energy". "Sex Energy" is an energy of allure a spell binding effect that some people give off that creates a sort of electricity that draws others to them. Personal magnetism with Charismatic leadership can have an incredible impact on followers. Few leaders or people in the world have both.
Charismatic leadership is something bigger and more grandiose on a spiritual intelligence level than just charisma or personal magnetism. Charisma alone and personal magnetism are usually drawn from our physical body and personality. Charismatic leadership transcend charisma and personal magnetism to create an "Awe Effect" that is magnetically encapsulating.
