In addition to having a successful career in the biosciences R.M. has also been able to pursue & complete her Master's in Leadership studies and do many courses in positive psychology &  mind body medicine with leading experts in the world. These experts included Dr. Herbert Benson from Harvard's Mind Body Institute on the Relaxation Response & Jon Kabat-Zin from the University of Massachusetts School of Preventive & Behavioural Medicine.

Rose-Marie was also successfully trained in 2006 in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in 2006 by Yogi Amrit Desai.  In 2012, by Kathy Ward as a Teacher of the 200-hour International Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training Program in Spain, in 2013 at the 200-hour Mindfulness Yoga Teacher training with Gemma Mallol in Spain. Also completed 100-hour Vipassana meditation in 2006. Meditations in TM, brain spotting, Insight Meditation, Focusing technique, middle pillar, zen Buddhist meditation, metacognitive techniques from 2002-2021 were practiced. Most techniques were extremely useful for understanding our thoughts, belief systems & gaining deeper insights on our unconscious psyche.

 

Actively involved in media broadcasting with her own show on Able Cable Television Networks now purchased by Bell cable television networks on nutrition myths in 1993-1994 in New Brunswick, then a You tuber on wellbeing tips for mind health from 2014-2021 mind body medicine, positive psychology, nutrition & yoga, Rosy has been actively involved in sharing her learnings on health & wellbeing using cost-effective lifestyle tools.
